The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to include the use of a municipalitys airport for certain space flight activities to the list of governmental functions for which a municipality would be liable for damages arising from its governmental functions. According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant fiscal impact on the operation of the courts is anticipated.
