The bill would amend Chapter 254 of the Election Code to add new Subchapter K relating to reporting requirements of persons who do not meet the definition of political committee. Based on information provided by the Texas Ethics Commission, it is assumed that any costs associated with the implementation of this bill would be absorbed within existing staff and resources.
