The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the issuance of an alcoholic beverage permit or license covering certain premises where a previous permit or license holder has been evicted. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
