The bill requires the Commissioner of Education to include the percentage of students placed in an in-school suspension setting; suspended from school; placed in a disciplinary alternative education program; expelled from school; and placed in a juvenile justice alternative education program as indicators that are required to be reported.   This analysis assumes any costs required to implement the provisions of the bill could be implemented within existing resources.
