The bill would amend Chapter 114, Human Resources Code relating to the definition of autism and other pervasive disorders and the reference to certain publications. The Department of Aging and Disability Services and the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services do not anticipate any significant fiscal impact as a result of complying with the provisions of the bill. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
