The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to restrictions on holders of package store permits, by repealing Sections 22.04 and 22.05. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013. The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to restrictions on holders of package store permits, by repealing Sections 22.04 and 22.05.
