The bill would amend provisions in the Transportation Code relating to the performance and payment security requirements that must be required of a private entity subject to a comprehensive development agreement between a private entity and the Texas Department of Transportation, a regional tollway authority, or a regional mobility authority.  Based on the analysis of TxDOT, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not result in a direct fiscal impact to the State.
