The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code, Chapter 102, relating to prohibited conduct by a manufacturer and Chapter 1 relating to court rulings involving the Alcoholic Beverage Code. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act takes effect September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
