The bill would amend Chapter 109 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the transfer of alcoholic beverages for manufacturing purposes between certain permit and license holders. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
