The bill would amend the Government Code relating to compliance with certain requirements of programs administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Based on information provided by TDHCA, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
