The bill would amend Chapters 11 and 61 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to requiring certain notices to be posted on the premises of certain alcoholic beverage retailers. It is assumed that implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the existing resources of the agency. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
