The bill would amend Section 108 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to promotional items provided by manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors of alcoholic beverages to retailers. It is assumed that implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the existing resources of the agency. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
