The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to requiring certain alcoholic beverage permittees to be the primary American source of supply for certain alcoholic beverages. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
