The bill would amend Section 101 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the approval of certain alcoholic beverages by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
