A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to projects for which a transportation reinvestment zone
may be created.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 222.108(d), Transportation Code, is
amended to read as follows:
(d) In this section, "transportation project" includes:
(1) transportation projects described [has the
meaning assigned] by Section 370.003; and
(2) port security, transportation, or facility
projects available for funding under Section 55.002.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
