                    SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 786
 In Memory
 of
 Frances June Ginsberg Klotzman
 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas joins the
 citizens of Fort Worth in mourning the loss of Frances June
 Ginsberg Klotzman, who died April 5, 2013, at the age of 87; and
 WHEREAS, Frances Ginsberg was born in Akron, Ohio, to
 Nathan and Bella Ginsberg; she attended Ohio State University and
 married Allen Morris Klotzman, who died in 2007; the couple
 raised two children, Cheryl and Jeffery, who were a source of
 much pride and joy; Frances was blessed with five grandchildren
 and six great-grandchildren; and
 WHEREAS, The family lived in Lubbock for 20 years before
 returning to Fort Worth, where Frances cared for her father
 during the last years of his life; she was a member of the Beth-El
 Congregation and its sisterhood organization, Hadassah, and she
 was a member of B'nai B'rith; and
 WHEREAS, A woman of courage, strength, and compassion, she
 gave unselfishly to others, and her wisdom, warmth, and valued
 counsel will not be forgotten; and
 WHEREAS, Frances Klotzman was a devoted wife, mother, and
 grandmother, and she leaves behind memories that will be
 treasured forever by her family and many friends; now, therefore,
 be it
 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd
 Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved
 family of Frances June Ginsberg Klotzman; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
 her family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
 Senate, and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
 memory of Frances Klotzman.
