SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 48
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS, Gary Vignaroli and the former Sue Sprague were
married in 1963 in Berwick, Iowa; they lived in Ankeny, Iowa, for
12 years, lived in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, for eight, and then
came to Grapevine in 1985, and along the way, they became the
proud parents of two children, Rachelle and Joel; over the years,
their family has grown and now includes son-in-law Chad Wilbanks,
daughter-in-law Shelly Vignaroli, and six grandchildren,
Garrett, Reagan, Ava, Ryan, Tyler, and Katie; and
WHEREAS, Respected members of their community,
Mrs. Vignaroli worked for the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent
School District for a quarter-century until retiring in 2012, and
Mr. Vignaroli was employed by American Airlines and Sabre for 25
years until retiring in 2004; she likes shopping for antiques,
and he enjoys restoring classic Fords; and
WHEREAS, The 50 years of marriage that Sue and Gary
Vignaroli have shared is eloquent affirmation of the meaning of
love and commitment, and their enduring union is an inspiration
to all who know them; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Sue and
Gary Vignaroli on their golden wedding anniversary and extend to
them sincere best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it
further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Vignaroli as an expression of high
regard by the Texas Senate.
