This bill would amend Government Code relating to certain criteria for membership and privileges of ex officio members of the Texas Military Preparedness Commission. This bill would take effect September 1, 2015LBB anticipates that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished within the agency's existing resources.
