The bill would amend the Election Code relating to the procedures and acceptance of a voter whose name does not appear on the list of registered voters for the precinct.  Sections 63.006 and 63.009, Election Code, are repealed.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. The bill would amend the Election Code relating to the procedures and acceptance of a voter whose name does not appear on the list of registered voters for the precinct.  Sections 63.006 and 63.009, Election Code, are repealed.
