The bill would amend Chapter 42 of the Human Resources Code and require the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) to maintain on the department's website a searchable database containing information on family homes meeting certain criteria. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
