The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to limit the liability of an agritourism entity in the event that an agritourism participant is injured or receives damages as a participant if the agritourism entity had posted a previous warning as defined in the bill or a written agreement and warning statement was signed by the participant. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
