The bill would amend Human Resources Code to require the Governor's Committee on People with Disabilities to create a report on the laws, standards, and policies that apply to parking for persons with disabilities. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015. The Office of the Governor indicates that any costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
