                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            May 12, 2015      TO: Honorable Kevin Eltife, Chair, Senate Committee on Business & Commerce      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1317 by Bohac (Relating to a report on laws, standards, and policies regarding parking for persons with disabilities to be prepared by the Governor's Committee on People with Disabilities.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend Human Resources Code to require the Governor's Committee on People with Disabilities to create a report on the laws, standards, and policies that apply to parking for persons with disabilities. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015. The Office of the Governor indicates that any costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
