This bill would amend the Government Code relating to the placement of occupational specialty codes on certain notices of state agency employment openings. Based on the information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission and the Veterans Commission, this analysis assumes that all duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
