Local Government Impact The bill would allow a junior college district to consider the location of a bidder's principal place of business in awarding certain contracts. Based on information provided by Panola College, Southwest Texas Junior College, Tyler Junior College, Odessa College, and Dallas County Community College, any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the institution's existing resources.
