Dutton, Jr., Chair, House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1573 by White, James (Relating to the dissemination of confidential information contained in the juvenile justice information system.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Family Code related to the dissemination of information in the juvenile justice information system. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015. The analysis assumes that implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
