This bill would amend the Labor Code relating to the determination of an experience-rated employer's eligibility for a surplus credit rate under the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act. Based on information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
