This bill would amend the Labor Code relating to unlawful employment practices regarding discrimination in payment of compensation. Based on information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
