The bill would amend the Election Code to permit an application to be voted early by mail to apply to more than one election. The bill would require a county clerk to maintain a registry for certain applications for ballots to be voted by mail. Under the provisions of the bill, the Secretary of State would be required to create a form and procedures to implement the bill. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
