The bill would require certain public institutions of higher education to create a web page on the institution's website dedicated solely to information regarding the mental health resources available to students at the institution. The site also must include the address of the nearest local mental health authority. This analysis assumes that any costs for these institutions of higher education to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
