                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 1, 2015      TO: Honorable Wayne Smith, Chair, House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1990 by Kuempel (Relating to the regulation of certain industrialized housing and industrialized buildings.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of certain industrialized housing and industrialized buildings.  Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
