The bill would allow a school district that uses an electronic platform for communicating student grades and performance information to allow parents to sign required performance notices electronically.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. Districts may experience some cost savings by transmitting and storing student performance notices and obtaining parent signatures electronically instead of through printed materials.
