                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 17, 2015      TO: Honorable Myra Crownover, Chair, House Committee on Public Health      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2020 by Martinez, "Mando" (Relating to the scope of duties of an emergency medical technician-paramedic and a licensed paramedic.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code as it relates to certain emergency medical  personnel. The bill would expand the settings in which these individuals could provide certain health care services. The Department of State Health Services indicates that implementation of the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact.
