The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code as it relates to certain emergency medical personnel. The bill would expand the settings in which these individuals could provide certain health care services. The Department of State Health Services indicates that implementation of the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
