The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code by increasing the maximum capacity of wine a person can sell to a retailer from eight gallons to 15.5 gallons per container. The agency indicates that no fiscal implication is anticipated.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
