The bill would amend the Penal Code by creating the offense of voyeurism. Under the provisions of the bill, voyeurism would be punishable at various offense levels with the punishment increasing in severity based on the specific circumstances of the offense. Local Government Impact Costs associated with enforcement, prosecution, and confinement could likely be absorbed with existing resources.
