(Relating to changing the name of the Department of Agriculture.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Agriculture Code to rename the Department of Agriculture to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Protection. The Department of Agriculture indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources.
