Local Government Impact The bill would amend the Education Code relating to the online publication of information regarding campus expenditures made by junior college districts. Based on information provided from a sample of junior college districts, there could be costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill for junior college districts that currently do not track the information required by the provisions of the bill, including possible costs related to reprogramming or reformatting administrative and financial software used by the institutions. This analysis assumes these costs would be paid with institutional funds.
