The bill would amend Chapter 241 of the Health and Safety Code to require the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to make certain information related to an inspection, survey, or investigation of a hospital available to the public on its website. DSHS indicates that it could implement the provisions of the bill within existing resources. The Health and Human Services Commission indicates that rulemaking activities can be accomplished within available resources.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
