The bill would amend the Government Code to prohibit state agencies and toll project entities from entering contracts or agreements with credit service organizations and credit access businesses. Based on a sample of state agencies, no fiscal impact to the State is anticipated. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
