The bill would amend the Government Code to permit the approving, processing and signing warrants on department funds deposited into the county treasury a duty of a community and supervision and corrections department fiscal officer appointed under Government Code, Chapter 76. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
