A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the amount that may be used to guarantee loans under the
Texas Agricultural Finance Authority's agricultural loan guarantee
program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 58.052(c), Agriculture Code, is amended
to read as follows:
(c) The amount that may be used to guarantee loans under
this subchapter may not exceed three times [three-fourths of] the
amount contained in the Texas agricultural fund.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
