The Texas Education Agency anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources. Local Government Impact School districts could incur administrative costs to calculate the previous 90 days of operating expenses on an ongoing basis to comply with the required minimum balance in undesignated funds in the general fund.
