The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the licensing and regulation of plumbers; amending provisions subject to a criminal penalty. Based on the analysis of the Board of Plumbing Examiners, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
