The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the licensing and regulation of auctioneers, associate auctioneers, and auctions; requiring an occupational license; requiring a fee. Based on the analysis of the Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Department of Motor Vehicles, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
