The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to repeal the offense that prohibits offensive noise on a premises covered by an alcoholic beverage license or permit. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2015. Local Government Impact The bill would repeal a misdemeanor offense. Lost revenue from reduced fines imposed and collected is not anticipated to have a significant fiscal impact.
