The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the authorized locations of where certain home-produced alcoholic beverages may be delivered for certain purposes as specified in statute. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
