The bill would amend the Utilities Code to specify a customer's bill may not include charges for a period of more than 31 or 32 days depending on the bill month. The bill provides exceptions if an extreme condition occurs or continues on or after the 29th day of a billing month. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
