The bill would require training for employees of school districts and open-enrollment charter schools on the prevention of sexual abuse and other maltreatment of children to be expanded to include children with significant cognitive disabilities.  Local Government Impact Districts would need to update their training concerning prevention techniques for and recognition of sexual abuse and maltreatment of children to include children with significant cognitive disabilities.
