The bill would amend the Election Code to require a public notice for the time of early voting to be posted on the website of the authority ordering the election if the authority has a website and on the Secretary of State website. The bill would require an authority ordering the election to forward its election notice to the Secretary of State. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
