The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to remove the limit on the amount of wine that a winery permit holder can sell to ultimate consumers for off-premises consumption or an out-of-state winery direct shipper's permit holder may sell to ultimate consumers. The bill would become effective on September 1, 2015. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
